Land graders
Land graders are special machines, adapted for earthworks, used mainly in the construction industry in general. These machines can be used in various ways, while they are mainly used to profile the ground. These machines are ideal for preparing the ground for the construction of roads, sidewalks and even runways at airports. They will also find their use in mixing materials in the process of soil stabilization and when tearing up old, damaged pavements during repairs. Graders can be divided into several categories, e.g. self-propelled and towed, but what they have in common is that in both cases the working element is a blade made of robust and damage-resistant material, designed to level the terrain.
Terrain graders for tractor
We can divide terrain graders for a tractor into two subcategories, namely suspended and trailed. Suspended graders are relatively small and compact machines hooked up to a three-point suspension system. Trailed, on the other hand, must be equipped with a running gear and a drawbar with a hitch to the tractor. They are definitely longer machines with which it is more difficult to maneuver. Mounted and trailed graders are very good for leveling land for road construction or repair, and for leveling smaller areas. Land graders are also well suited for other earthworks, such as leveling embankments, profiling slopes and removing the humus layer on construction sites.
