Slurry applicators

Slurry applicators are machines designed to introduce liquid manure, slurry or digestate into the soil. The machines can be subdivided into soil-based slurry applicators and soil-based slurry applicators. Soil applicators are more often chosen by farmers due to their working characteristics, as by putting the fertiliser straight into the soil, it is not exposed to the air, which prevents the volatile nutrients from escaping. Soil slurry applicators are also divided into disc harrow-based soil applicators and spring coulter-based soil applicators. Soil slurry applicators are characterised by a higher power requirement of the tractor, but because they are built on a disc harrow they are much more practical and can be used under more difficult conditions.

Manufacturer of slurry applicators – AGROLAND

AGROLAND Skomlin is a manufacturer of agricultural machinery, mainly cultivation machinery, including soil and slurry applicators. The company's product range includes soil slurry applicators on the basis of a disc harrow (TSG) and soil applicators on a spring coulter (GUNIN). In both cases, the machines are thoroughly protected with a special anti-corrosion coating, which protects the steel components from the corrosive effect of the slurry. The spouts have been placed close to the soil, which significantly reduces the risk of nutrient volatilisation. AGROLAND slurry applicators can be used in all conditions, even severe ones, and on any type of soil. The machines also perform excellently on fields with a large amount of crop residue left behind.
