Slurry containers
Slurry containers are specialised mobile tanks for liquid manure that act as a buffer in the field between the manure tankers transporting the manure and the drums applying the liquid in the field. The slurry containers have a larger capacity than standard fertiliser transport barrels. This allows 2 or 3 slurry tankers to fit into the container. The containers are equipped with hose connections allowing the tank to be filled and emptied at the same time. This solution significantly reduces the time needed to fill the tanker with an applicator and eliminates breaks between manure transports.
Manufacturer of manure containers – AGROLAND
AGROLAND Skomlin is a manufacturer of agricultural machinery, mainly cultivation equipment. The company also offers slurry containers with capacities of 45 m3, 70m3 and 90 m3. The containers are covered with a special epoxy anti-corrosion coating, which protects the steel elements against the corrosive effect of slurry. The container walls are suitably restrained and reinforced with baffles to counteract the pressure of the working liquid. AGROLAND slurry containers are fitted with a chassis with hydraulic cylinders that allow the container to be wheeled up and positioned in the field. Road lighting is also included as standard. AGROLAND slurry containers are EU type-approved (40 km/h). We issue a COC certificate of conformity.
